Sunday Showtime with Andy Gibson
Every Sunday afternoon the Blenheim House is proud to present the musical stylings of Andy Gibson in the main bar.
Andy started working professionally in the music industry with talent scout Ron Tomlinson. After a period in the studio, Andy showcased for managing director of Sony Publishing Charlie Pinder and successfully secured a five-album deal working with Europe's premier producers, writers and artists.
During his time in
London, Andy regularly performed with artists such as Emmy Lou Harris,
Sheryl Crow, Lucie Silvas and Sugababes whilst holding down
the position fronting the famous
house band at Cafe de Paris.
In 2008 Andy signed a publishing deal with Universal Records and continues to be involved with the development of upcoming artists. In Spring 2009 he completed recording with Grammy-Award winning producer Hugh Padgham - the man responsible for decades of hits by luminaries such as Sting, Peter Gabriel, Yes, ELP and Phil Collins to name a few. As well as touring, Andy is due to return to the studio in 2010 for Hugh Padgham's next project.
Andy sings lead vocals for The spirit of Pink Floyd show. A world famou
s
tribute show and one of the most amazing shows on the music circuit.
During his performances at the Blenheim house Andy is often joined by special guests from within his industry including fellow band member Ben Appleby on the saxophone.
